@zain58600 Look at the charges... Like charges repulse and unlike charges attract... Since we're finding the Force of the charges on q2 (negative)... It would attract to q1 since it's positive, and it would repulse from q3 because it's negative... So think of magnets... Which direction would q2 go if placed near q1? It would be drawn towards it, so the F is towards q1... q2 and q3 are like charges, so they repulse... That means the force is pushing q2 away...
