You can really catch with your voice, try to hold loudness little longer, with your breathing, so it rises more stronger & gets more volume. Love this cover, great job! You have more emotion on this than Natalie conveyed in her cover. I'm working on covering this song and just found out the original was done by Ednaswap, I enjoy looking into a song when I'm learning it, and your version gave me something to work towards which in my opinion is better than Natalie's :)

You skipped the walk-down chord in the middle where you sing "what your heart is for". The transitional chord is near/on the word "what" and the resolution obviously is on "heart". I guess it depends which version you play; but it seems you were going for the Anne Previn acoustic approach. She also had a band called Annetenna if you were interested.
