    I watch boxing matches, I'm a student of the sport; but training is just a pain on the ass. That goes for every sport. Not interesting at all. Would you pay to watch a no body train? This is just kissing celebs ass.

    A student of the sport: study its history, its techniques and its fighters. I hated every minute of training. I'm not gonna lie about the fact I hated training. Manny is a good guy, I wasn't talking about him, but the celeb worshipping fans. You know how people act around famous people.

    Well a physical lifestyle or fighting is not for everyone mate, a enjoy watching a fight as much as doing is myself. Manny is the man win lose or draw, but ano a hate people like that, suck up peoples are because there famous, there just like any other human, you can admire and respect but not go over the top

    Anyone can be a student of the sport, any real fan is a student of the sport. I'm sure some people love training, but most people hate it. I only do it to keep in shape, the sparring is great, a real thrill, but other than that I can't stand it.

    when its all said and down its about 1100 reps. 50 of each exsersize. Then he does his core workout (medacine ball, planks etc) The average joe could not do this. I work my abs every day and can do 400 sit ups in under 9 minutes and this is still hard. (50 toe touches?? that one alone)

  • I try to work on my abs too with a daily routine for myself, but this guy's ab workout routine is just almost impossible to replicate. I mean, i thought i was gonna see an ab workout, but instead i saw glorified almost superhuman display. Look at all the workouts he's doing, and with the absolute minimal possible rest periods in between!
