Carl, I called your office and left my phone number- can you help someone who they (Bank of America/Countrywide ) have already claimed to have sold our home? We went to the court house just this Friday June 4, 2010 and it is still in our name- so far.
@DeborahADugger62 - If your house was sold, it may have been sold improperly, and a recent case in non-judicial foreclosure state Massachusetts invalidated two sales by banks (highest court in Mass, unanimously). You may have an action for a wrongful foreclosure and if the bank still holds the property you might be able to get it back. Please give me a call to discuss this, but first look at my video # 47
