@TheVrtigo1 The whole idea of using the bandsaw to resaw is because the kerf is much thinner and therefore there is less than half of the waste compared to even a thin-kerf tablesaw blade.
I have to say, I've been wondering if a resawn blade would be best for my slat on my hollow wooden boards. What size blade are you using for that and does it flex much in the cut?

Have to ask...since this board is only 2" thick, why aren't you ripping it on a table saw?
