  • SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!

  • @atiger2168 yes, in fact it did. i was there.

  • FAKE DID NOT FLY

  • @atiger2168 yes it did you gay ass troll

  • i was expecting a futurama flying car like levitating most people dont know futurama but I love it well edats da car I was expecting (V) (^,,,,^) (V) whoop whoop whoop

  • it is a airplane with fucking weels you idiots

  • @SEALNAVYWAY Try driving a plane to work.

  • 9024 frock thats my address to my house

  • Can y'all come to my house here is my address 9024 frock

  • Im building an rc one of these! Im halfway done when its done ill post it i just need to build the foldinng wings and the electronics and ill be done

  • THE FUTURE IS COMING!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @rapiddrgoan6 THE PAST HAS HAPPENED!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @LandSquirrels

    @rapiddrgoan6

    AND THE PRESENT IS HAPPENING!!!!!!!!!!!

  • there is a flying car before it called the areocar and there is nothing great about these things, they cost s much as a plane and car combined.

  • Guys jus be great that this is the world first ever flying car even though it looks like a copy of a planes model, even in the olden days cars were not great now look we have ferraris that means this flying car would also get better by the years...hope so :)

  • Great....but one minor accident on the road.....means death in the air.

  • Knight rider on steroid

  • Pattern pending folding wing?

Did a chicken ever pattern it's wing?

  • @mrtigretiger No but they can't write either.

  • one word.

worthless. A pilot wouldn't buy it, and unless it flys itself you will have regular people driving them into houses.

Stop trying to kill general aviation please.

  • @iostream999 General aviation was murdered over 30 years ago as part of a long term plan to get the Little People out of the air. They knew the Lumpenproletariat wouldn't protest the loss of general aviation. They knew the Sheep would endure being herded like cattle for cheap air fares. The knew the proles would tolerate their Slave Training while being searched and groped by TSA for the sake of an Inside Job on 9/11. With a true unemployment rate of 23.9%, the slaves will learn to stay put.

  • The soviets tried to do this with a T-38 amphibious tankette in the 1930s... haha, fat chance.

  • take that tesla

  • So a plane with folding wings. Wow, that must have been really hard to come up with.

  • @Five500Hundred I TOTALLY AGREE WITH U! It's no different then a plane or jet. It has wings, wheels, and a engine on the back that is just a big fan for it to go and fly like a plane.

  • Wouldn't want to get into a spin...

  • @fsxexpert

indeed, but the solution is simple: Don't stall!

  • drunk flying lol

  • @vcgills I can see it now... Billboards will read: Don't drink and fly

  • Não precisamos de mais poluição, já bastam o que temos, pensem em eletricos cabeça, foi feita para pensar, e não usar chapeu , Energia Solar, pensem, e pensem, chega de motores a combustão Okei!......

  • JUST BECAUSE THEY'LL BE ABLE TO AFFORD IT DOESNT MEANT THEY KNOW HOW TO DRIVE/FLY IT

  • thats no damn car, thats a plane that can drive on the ground for long periods at a time

  • This idea will barely take off.

The engine seems to me to be too underpowered and I would not trust those flimsy wings.

There will be so many accidents that the F.A.A. will be forced to withdraw the licence.

Besides, no one can afford one !

And If I could afford one, I would go and buy a tried and trusted Cessna instead .......

  • when will this be released?

  • amazing car!

  • This will never be sold to us because it would mean if we broke the law we could get away.

  • @CapnCrossbones Not so fast. I'm sure the law would require all kinds of gps shit. Plus a chopper is probably faster.

  • @mivic86 I still don't think they will do it , people can barely drive ground cars let alone piloting a plane/car. You got good points though that make great sense , I used to install gps units it is amazing what they can detect and the information they can process.

  • @CapnCrossbones There's this company that develops flying cars. So they say we'll have them once the cars will drive themselves. Kinda cool, but sucks too. I'd love to drive a flying car :P

  • @CapnCrossbones not if you put 1 bullet in a wingtip. xD

  • @ForeverYoungAaron 1 bullet would topple that thing?

  • @CapnCrossbones putting a hole in the wing of a plane will usually fuck up its aerodynamics pretty bad

  • @ForeverYoungAaron ya you could not pay me to go in that thing then lol

  • @CapnCrossbones and you see cars with dents in em all over the place. so you know someone would dent it or break something and still try to fly it. thats why its better to have a plane and car seperate.

  • mini plane, not flying car

  • This is my dream!

  • it would be nice to land on a highway and turn into a cool car, but this, isnt trully a car :(

  • Comment removed

  • AWSOME!!!

  • thumbs up if u think this is cool

  • Lol redneck at the end chasing it.

Redneck: gimmie the fuckin flyin machine.

  • Its a car with wings and control surfaces. Another powered glider.

  • Way beyond the lack of being practical. We have 30+ years to go, before these applications become viable. Not only are the designs of these types of vehicles impractical, but the safety standards are completely unwritten. Its no longer fun watching gov, and private investors poor money into ghastly expensive projects, that wont yield a thing to the common man any time soon. Money well spent=NOT

  • Goodluck passing the driver's and pilot's test future teens.

  • Can you imagine the cost to insure that thing?

  • Son: Dad can you drop me off at school with the car?

    Dad: Sure son

Story: Guy takes off from road

    Son: COOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • So this is the car i crashed last week, no wonder i´m pennyless now

  • Price tag??

  • these would be huge in the middle east..

  • Crappy plane, crappier car. Marketed as a one chassis do-all to tour the continent, when any decent sized airport can have a rent a car waiting for you with proper preparations.

Pie in the sky really pie in the face. Reality is a bitch. Hey at least this thing isn't a mollerfraud. Asshole was waiting for an artificial lake to be built so he can start testing fixed wing flight? Let's kick his ass, I mean, really now.

  • @batvette If you have a flying car that can land on a road, why go to the airport at all. It's real market value lies in the transition between land and air. If you feel like you live at the airport, like me, this would be a god send.

  • @hironeden maybe a private road, think about what you're saying- it will be a cold day in h-e-double hockey sticks before either the individual states vehicle codes, or several federal entities(FAA, NHTSA, etc) allow takeoffs and landings on public highways.

I know what you're getting at it's just unrealistic, and since the above will be the case you'll still be stuck with airports.

  • @batvette This is the digital age. We're literally witnessing the bloom of the technological era and what it brings to us will be as uniqe and special as the automobile was in it's time. Don't rule out any possibilities based on what we can and can't do now because in 20 years, it will be a whole new world. New highways can be built and federal entities can be swayed by logic and saftey. I suspect to see flying traffic within my lifetime.

  • @hironeden "this is the digital age" Relevance?

    "whole new world"

Yeah who would have imagined 20 years ago a world where it was illegal to smoke a cigarette walking on a street or driving in your car. Where if you spanked your own child CPS might come take them.

Where model rocket engines were illegal to send in the mail. Where you have restricted airspace over monuments, skyscrapers and gov't facilities. Oh and LOL to "federal agencies swayed by logic and safety"

    WHAT PLANET R U FROM?

  • @batvette I'm from a planet where you can get a map to any destination by talking to a computer, where I can reach anyone with a phone from any settled community, where you can talk to a machine and it will not only understand, but talk back and perform a service for you. 20 years ago, all of that was science fiction. I come from a planet of technological advancement. Just because your cup is half empty doesn't mean that safe personal aerial vehicles are beyond humanity's reach.

  • Not a car...

  • i would fly it to sky mall

  • Good One!

  • lets see them catch me after i rob the banks now..

  • Holy shit, this thing is amazing.

  • LOL at the chase crash truck.

  • Comment removed

  • no need to take a cab anymore when it lands on airport

  • i must have this thing! its freaking awesome!

  • this will help in my plans

  • You can get a used cessna 206 and have 5 folks split the gas and do 140 kts

just rent a car at the other end. The insurance would be cheaper too. Although I would consider one if it where around 80K

  • For pilots that r too lazy to rent a hangar ;)

  • Hovering cars would be better, flying cars would put airlines businesses out of business, and this would cause more people to die if they were drunk, we are not ready for flying cars, we should just stick to airplanes. I would agree with hovering cars, that would nice, but not a flying car.

  • @1stcenturyproduction no we totally are! 'drunk flying' wont be that popular because from what we can observe from todays pilots, drinking and flying is as popular as you might think it is

  • fender bender= no more flying

  • Comment removed

  • oh man, ya'll had me all excited. this isnt a car, its a freaking jet (at least it doesnt look like a car anyway) sheesh smh.

  • I'd just love to be on the highway and see a cop pull out behind me then I just take off.

  • The Terrafuia folks are blocking comments on their page about them faking road videos.

  • *Police Siren* Guy - "Shit, speeding again...what do i do? I know, ill fly away from those cops. *Starts Flying* "Later Bitches!"

  • I prefer the Astra flying, more estetic :)

  • wow, a driving plane.

  • wow....a flying plane

  • @VirtualTur :

Imagine the infrastructure needed for that thing, and in light of post-peak peak oil.

It's like China doing the "western civilizational" thing while the "westerners" are changing directions.

    What a crazy world.

  • escaping the ground..

  • w0w 2 early i though that this will be invented at 2030,40,or 50

  • this flying car stuff is sooooo stoopid

  • can I use the airplane engine in car mode and go like 400 MPH? If so i'll buy one.

  • 200 thousand bucks

  • At $350,000, I can't imagine the common criminal would be buying it to ditch the cops.

  • he would steal it XD

  • greatest GTA cheat code ever

  • @honkhonkhonkwtfhonk i make a gta sa mode of that car i just replease the ''dodo'' airplane whit that car then i send the mod to the gta company just to make it like it was made for the game but obiusly it look very bright

  • @ ace ... LOLOLOL!! ~_~

  • Insurers must be drooling: a carbon-fiber egg that costs about the same as a used Bede, Cessna, Piper (etc) says several important things: (1) client has extremely deep pockets, (2) client enjoys "risky" behavior {flying}, (3) client has no clue how to navigate through a Dark neighborhood {as one might encounter in the event of a forced landing}, (4) client is an extrovert {with correspondingly low survival skills}, (5) we need a whole new risk category for how much we're gonna charge! WOOHOO!

  • Penis

  • and if you run out of fuel?

  • @tioz1990:

Then you glide, idiot. Don't you think these sorts of things are thought about by the designers? It's called FAA certification.

  • @southpawcg he meant while flying

  • I can just see some soccer mom taking this to the store and shes in a rush....she decides to go aboce traffice but she doesnt have the clearance she thinks she does then SMASH CRASH...into the ground and little timmy doesnt get his cookies after practice.....decent idea but user error and stupid people will destroy this dream

  • tkae that cops

  • it's ugly

  • Because Chuck Norris said to build it .........That's Why. (idiot)

  • 2010: The car-plane has ended its test phase and is ready to hit the stores. A monkey controled a robot arm with enough precision to peel and eat a banana. Holographic female idealizations dance live in japan. Governments loose power over the corporate world, wich already controls most of the earths natural resources. The whole world is interconected trough a web of satelite relayed information. Welcome to Dystopia fellas!

  • @svankensen could say "I told you so" to them all but... would it make any difference? neh

  • I like , i Like.

  • thats awesome i want one!

  • Um.....that's a plane.

  • 44 people didn't like the jetsons...

  • Flying cars kinda defeats the purpose of having cars.

  • i bet some rich person will put a ferrari engine and over power and die! hahaha

  • well, if robbers think this car is very useful, maybe cobs start to carry some stinger lauchers too lololol XD

  • big deal. An airplane with car wheels. What a lot of B.S.

  • @iciavosser its not JUST an airplane with car wheels, its an airplane with the capability to drive on land and fly in air, while still being street legal

  • i dont want one. i can barely pass the regular driving test! now i need a piolet license?

  • WTF? I guess twockers have given up this idea then?

  • Oh you can land this thing on the road but if you land a boeing 747 they will think your a terrist.

  • imagine the gas on that baby or is it airplane fuel haha

  • best getaway car ever

  • a good vehicle when you rob a bank :)

  • You can live in Virginia Beach and work in Washington D.C. and instead of having a 3-4 hour drive, you would have a 20-30 min flight. Take off at a local airport, land on one of D.C.'s million airports and drive to work. Amazing idea.

  • @philhartman13 That's kind of doubtful, the light sport aircraft designation really hinders a lot of that, especially with DC's crazy ass airspace.

  • 44 police did not like this

  • @joseloco8 very funny..all they gotta do is shoot you down...

  • @joseloco8 :

44 people did not like the elevated price of their tickets.

  • @joseloco8 thats why the police should get one

  • uhmmmmm......RIPPOFFFFFFF!

  • its a fucking mini plane

  • That's awesome...but it looks dangerous, if we thought drunk driving was bad imagine drunk FLYING!

  • @erthghst if you can EVEN imagine that, that means that humanity ISN'T ready for this responsibility. If we drink and drive now, then there is no doubt that there will be drinking and flying. Why not just ADD a breath tester in it? you have your breath checked to start the car and only you can start it.

  • @UberGamer1030 That's a great idea!

  • Some how we dont think so. This is merely a compact cesna with fold up wings, hey dont forget the duct tape. Can anyone say Scripps Booth Biautogo? Yea thats what this is looking like. A over-zealous failure. Still waiting for my anti-gravity mustang/camarro (without the stupid non-conventional wings). That would be a true flying car.

  • Now they just need to figure out a way to add rotating jet engines so that we don't actually need to own runways to take off, and more importantly, land!

  • IS IT STREET LEGAL?!?

  • Hmm, looks more like the Terra fuglia

  • double duty XD

  • I THINK IT WILL GET BETTER IN THE FUTURE

    CONGRATULATIONS.

  • i wish i had 1

  • I thought this was the onion when I heard the intro

  • Epic police chase in one of these

  • cross one's fingers for no fender benders...

  • This isn't the first time a flaying car has been attempted-Moulton Taylor's "Aerocar" and the Convair Models 116 and 118 also were flying cars that debuted just after World War Two; neither were successful. I think the term "self deploying aircraft" (as you can drive it to the airport instead of towing it there or having to rent hangar space) would be the best description for it. Here's hoping that this time they are successful (and that liability doesn't come back to bite them).

  • i wonder what speed this car need to get off the ground... with that small wing... and short body

  • dragon ball car!!!

  • $190,000.00

  • @juiceymullets i hurd on the news that it's starting at around 250,000

  • $- ?

  • AHAHAHA

  • I'd try and fly one of those from uk to america XD Pretty sure it would fail byt meh

  • this should make police chases more interesting.

  • just imagine ditching police :)

  • @chunkmanshaun YEAH

ditching police at a high way

    lol

  • @chunkmanshaun Grand Theft Auto 8. Playstation 5. Air Jack a flying car.

  • @chunkmanshaun LOL!!

  • @chunkmanshaun Like they said in my fast motorcycle youth days, you cant beat the radio. Well I did,but not my friends lol.

  • @chunkmanshaun what if they use a heli

  • @jorden9k a plane would be way faster then a heli but if not ur screwed lol

  • @chunkmanshaun what is they shoot you down?

  • @chunkmanshaun Yeah they don't have helicopters or anything.

  • @chunkmanshaun :

Just imagine getting your ticket in the mail. :)

  • @chunkmanshaun Oh , cops behind again ? *Flight mode activated* Are they following ? hahaha :X

  • @chunkmanshaun uhh have you ever heard of helicopters?? ohh and u need clearence before take off so u might be shot down without clearance

  • @rafaelthecool u ever seen how much faster a propeller plane flys at rate and speed compared to a standard single turbine police copter which flys at ruffly max. 150 mph minimum standard tho is 90 mph for cheaper older model twin rutter police helis and a standard trainer plane flys at a minimum (at full power 250 mph) on straight away this thing is faster than a trainer plane do to its wing span and weight ratio needs bigger engine to power the thing which requires a HUGE prop thus morethrust

  • @chunkmanshaun ohhh ok
