yo the new map pack is called mythic pack and there will be three maps: cold storage, red flare, and assembly/purple reing

It's called Assembly now and it will be out with Space Camp and the new foundry type map in the next dlc pack.

Some of these have already been made.

O.k Corral was ghost town, cottonball was avalnche.

And purple rein hasn't been relseaed yet but its official name is "Assembly".

Also assembly is gunna be shown today at the penny arcade expo, so look out for leaked pics. :)

Because Halo 3 is already there and its cheaper to produce extra content for it and charge us 10 bucks for it than it is the develop and produce a whole new game/movie and have us buy it for 60 Bucks. And they working on a couple of new games, one of them is halo related.

ok corral was renamed ghost town, as was cottonball to avalanche. Purple reign was mentioned in the 09/28/07 bungie update/news as a 3rd map pack to come out in august of 08

Purple reign had bugs so it was quickly replaced by blackout (lockout 4 fans of halo 2) Ok korral(ghost town), cottonball(avalanche) and Purple reign(replaced by blackout) all make up the legendary map pak

I already know what the o.k. corral and cottonball are going to be. The names are clues to what it is. For example the o.k. corral is located in tombstone arizona. What does that tell you. and cotton ball's are used to wipe up blood on someone's skin. Sound's kinda like blood gultch. I'm not completely sure what purple reign is excactly but it most likely is midship.

I personally think it's possible for cottonball to be a containment remake (think about it, big, ctf, vehicles) and purple reign might be midship (high ground, spiral ramps, purple). But i could be wrong and they could be totally new
