@Salengot Actually Alien Apocalypse and Man With The Screaming Brain were shot back to back in Bulgaria and as soon as the cast and crew arrived the Executives (not Bruce) took off with the budgets leaving Josh Becker and Bruce Campbell in the hot seat responsible for the films with a portion of the budget they were promised. That they delivered films that may be silly but still entertaining is quite an accomplishment.
