By flip the shock i mean the back shock on the lower portion has a joint set up in it, flip it over and it lowers it about 2 inches.

I flipped the rear shock on mine to lower it, also made a longer swing arm with the from and back pivots points, also lowered the front down by moving the shock pivot points wider on the swing arms. The main thing is on raptors is to lower it they sit really top heavy stock

my friend just got an 2004 honda 450R he says it got a 480 kit and head work and ....... i pretty much went blank after that i know hes gonna smoke my warrior, and iam thinking about getting a 04 raptor 660 , what all do i need to do to beat him in a drag race? and will my raptor still be reliable after the upgrades? he weighs probaly a little over 100lbs than me.

Please!! I can be wrong, I can tell you don't race for a race team. I've been racing for about 12yrs and all that years the Hondas are the dominater on most of the race. In Desert Racing the Honda dirt bike & 450r dominated the desert racing. I know the Yamaha has to step it up. Yamaha only dominate in GNCC in Male & Female rider.

My Honda TRX will smoke any of those bikes. Winning a race is 75% rider. MY Honda will fuck a Raptor up and the Suzuki would be the slowest 450 if it wasn't for Kawasaki. So do some homework before you try to talk shit.
