Yes, I believe it was 2003 (the same year the album came out)? I have this whole awards show on a video tape samewhere! I just noiced as I was typing this Rocky used double bass drums at 2:31 beofre the solo that's not on the album!

It was actually November (16th?) 2003. It was right after Ben had left the band and Terry was still a 'temp' (which is probably why he didn't have any close ups on this vid). Ev's last performance during the Fallen era was when they performed My Immortal on the Billboard awards (December 2004), and didn't perform at all in 2005.

I love this performace, and Weird Al's intro was hilarious :D
