Which part of the Shutokou you were driving? I keep thinking Yokohane C1, but I'm not sure. Have'nt been to Tokyo in so long. I was stationed at Camp Zama. My father is in the U.S. Army and for some lucky reason we got stationed in Japan.
Ok, so my English isn't so great at times, but driving in Tokyo is still damn fun! Check it out! This is the famous "Shuto-kousoku doro". More commonly known as the Shuto-ko! Lots of 'street racing' and other forms of wild driving are usually performed on the streets at night. Enjoy!
