I think its a brilliant car and also a brilliant idea; however, I wouldn't buy one until the provisions are in place that Renault advertise. Such as the quick 20 minute charge stations, at places such as supermarkets/car parks, and the battery drop station which changes the battery in 3 minutes. Until these provisions are in place in the UK nation wide, I don't think this scheme will work as well as it can do and i will be put off buying one.

Sainsbury have already started installing electric charge points.

The charging is not really an issue, you don't drive when your asleep, just like your mobile phone.
