you can set this up for free from most IVR hosting platforms using VXML or CCXML. also, please everyone realize there is a difference between callerID and ANI. not only is spoofing you caller ID easy (yet illegal), but the carrier still has your ANI (real number) and will be able to trace you just as easily as is you had not spoofed it. just don't be dumb...
