Kaspersky dose that to.I tried avast awhile ago and didn't like it i have tested all of the top antivirus' and in my opinion Kaspersky is the best

why is the trial resetter a virus??? i used KAV 2007 and it detects as a virus..

it is not a virus,it dose not matter what version of kaspersky you scan it with they will all tell you the same thing.the reason it says it is a virus is because the program acts very much like a virus in the sense that it goes in to your files and changes them to reset your kasperky trial but that is all it dose i have used this for about 6 months now and have had no problem

the propper term for why it says it is a virus is false positive you can learn more if you google it

and to stop kespersky from telling you it is a trial just open kaspersky click your computers security is at risk then click hide trial message :)

also if you are having problems with telling you it is a virus just right click kaspersky and click close.

if you keep getting errors when using the trial reset close it right click the icon and click run as administrator :)

the best way i have found to fix that problem is to click update and if that dose not work close Kaspersky completely and restart then try to update
