Actually, this version of Silent Night was released in 1988 on a compilation entitled, "Christmas" on the Sparrow Records label. It also has Deniece Williams, Michael Card, Steven Curtis Chapman, Tim Miner, etc. doing Christmas cuts in their artistic style. It was a great Christmas project! This has to be one of the BEST renditions of Silent Night I've ever heard by anyone!  They did this Oprah show in December 1990.

If I remember correctly, this was Oprah Winfrey's show from Christmas Eve 1990. The ENTIRE Winans family: Marvin, Carvin, Ronald, Michael ("The Winans"), BeBe, CeCe, Angie, Debbie, David, Daniel (all brothers and sisters), Marvin's then-wife Vickie, "Mom", "Pop", and a whole bunch of Winans chidren -- including Marvin & Vickie's son Mario (yes, that Mario Winans). To the best of my knowledge, this was the first and only time that the entire family appeared together on television.

Just a little history...The kids are Carvin and his wife to the left Debbie along with there children...l to r Juan, Joy and Carvin Jr. Marvin(Peanut nickname) and Vickie's son together who's nick name is "Coconut" but real named is Marvin Winans Jr. who is not up there, is the same age as Carvin kids at this time of taping. Mario is not there either. This is from someone who knows the whole family well.
