  • they look rigged but its easy to get around it, just move the claw right to the back then move it along and it will knock a toy off the back shelf into the pit so you can get it

  • You can tell that the claw loses all tension around 00:15 or so. They're all like that; the claw is opened by the weight and size of the prize, so that it's just the perfect size for the prize to fall without the customer noticing the action, it seeming like the prize just slipped. I've gotten good at either hooking a prize with a single prong, or, in some machines, just knocking hanging prizes straight into the receiving bin.

  • 1.oo dollar per play at my arcde it is a quarter per play and if i bring 6 quarters i win 5 times

  • i used to work in an arcade. the owners set the machine to never win. if you set the machine to win then you would have to pay for the junk you fill them up with and that wouldnt be profitable. the price

  • i won 4 of those things in 5 mins lol

  • ahahhaaahhh CASH???...WHAT CASHH??!

  • Good song! I love Canned Heat!

  • exactly what happened to me with a ball machine!

  • 0:23 thats one huge motherfucker...

  • you should've gone for one close to the edge

  • At 0:25 $1.00 just for a small ball? I wouldn't play it.

  • It's rigged, let's try again lol

  • It is rigged!!!

  • those things are never pissible.

the claw mostly cant hold the prizes.

or its rigged and just loses the prize on purpose

  • If you pause at EXACTLY 0:17 you can clearly see that the claw opened before it got to the prize hole

  • if your saying its rigged why are you wasting all your money on it?

  • the machine hates

    the dodgers

    XD

  • i gott like 15 ball form that game on last year summer vacation

  • thats supposed to be 50 cents

  • 1 dollar a game? That is a ripoff for one. Second, the machines now are setup like a casino game. They have a setup console to set number of players per win so they cover their prizes, and to do that the claw wont close tight until the amount for the prize etc is covered. Only pure luck can get around that setup, thus, its' not rigged. It is just like a slot machine payout system now is all. The days of the old world crane machines is long gone, where you can clean it out for a few bucks.

  • @Necrodius I would argue that it would constitute it as rigged, since with a slot machine you know that you are gambling. A crane machine is set up so that the player believes it is one of skill. Since players are led to believe that a lose is due to lack of skill rather than by pure random chance, they continue on to play. All slot machines are a gamble, but not all crane machines are set up to drop prizes. Since there is no disclaimer that the game is set up to lose, the game is rigged.

  • @ChristophProbst It is common knowledge that the game is both skill, luck, and randomization of the computer inside. Whether or not you win is irrelevant, it is the fact that there will be a "winning" grab if the player positions it right because claw strength is at maximum and it will hold the prize. All crane machines do have these "winning" grabs, and if you study a particular machine enough in a day you can calculate which prizes to go for during those grabs and how often they are.

  • that machine is easy

  • yeah cuz you're so good at grabbing balls

  • dude you are a fag at least i have balls and just stfu

  • 0:17 it opend

  • thats a 50c mechine

  • 1.00

  • yeah there not big

  • check out my claw machine videos

  • $1!!!! u waste $1 on that in thats like 50p so in england its 50p right but for one of thoughs in england is 20p a go nd on £2 for one that play till you win!!!! and i though england was exspensive

  • check out my claaw machine vids plz

  • i saw some one do this and the claw went down side ways and i did it and won it was awsome

  • it's funny how you say it's rigged, and next you feed the machine more money

  • not rigged just no claw strength

  • There was like a mountain of toys in one before i was able to knock down the mountain into the hole plus i picked up like 2 more with the claw!

    total=23 toys!!!!!

  • its not rigged just the claw strength is weak

  • Yeah it's controllable!

  • 777

  • im 11 and i got inside one of those

  • it is rigged all machies are after about 100 turns then it lets you in its a way to get money i see in no the

  • me and friends found one of the universal keys to open those things up on top of the machine so when the staff is looking we open the thing up and grab so much stuff and run out yell that we won wit like 10 prizes

  • sorry i ment to say i seen it on the real hussel

  • dude thats AWESOME! i would sooo do that if i wast addicted to ACTUALLY playing it

  • All you need is a little kid to crawl in the hole and get you all the balls you want.

  • lol

  • @crosley62 'Get you all the balls you want' XD Teehee.

  • It's not rigged, just cheap! It says in the video description Joe got one on the first try. Therefore he got "THE WIN" now the machine won't give until it is time for the "NEXT WIN" it has to be played a certain number of times before the claw will "STRENGTHEN" it's grip and make it possible for another "WIN". It is all controlled by this little panel inside the machine.

  • that machines not rigged if you look at the lady on the other side of the machine at 1:50-1:57 shes holding a ball!!!!!!!!!

  • They are rigged, my grandpa used to own one, theres a box behind the coin thing that you set the ratio of tight clamps versus loose ones.

  • that happens 2 me all the time

  • I got one on the second try it was a redsox ball :( i wanted the jason v. ball

  • of course they are rigged they are rigged to give out a prize every certain amount of times

  • Don't play that machine if it's rigged. play another claw machine!

  • if its rigged, why do you keep PLAYING IT!!!!????

  • it's because the claws are lose. they arn't firm enough to hold onto something and move it. the japanese ufo catchers are much better.

  • 12 SEC, 1.00 PER PLAY. WHOA!!!

  • is this at a gameWorks?

  • nope listen all.. this kind of crane machine eats money find those kind that is called ufo catcher they are much more stronger :)

  • its not riged its just not ready to pay out it takes a certain number of dollars befor it pays out you just have to keep playing till its ready

  • i hate those machines >_>'

  • This is the kind of claw machine that has two strength settings - one for grabbing, and one for holding. It's set to grab hard to give you an impression that it's a strong claw, but it releases tension as soon as it's raised and drops it every time. Probably the worst kind... I can't believe they're charging $1 for this.

  • A fool and his money are soon parted. Each ball costs .11 cents each so if you get one your still losing.

  • you really have to look at the claw itself. in this one, the claws "fingers" are flat instead of curved, which can hold the shape of a basketball. the curved ones are seen in the stuffed animals one. therefore making this machines nearly impossible

  • it is pretty much rigged, they make the claws so weak.just some of them.

  • all of them are rigged. however ya got to catch it when its timed to pay out
