Ummm, I hate to break this to you Mr. Newsguy, but his religion was not the reason he did not get the scholarship to Maryland. Tamir was offered a scholarship to MD without Gary Williams having seen him in person. When Gary did see him in the summer leagues, he saw Goodman shoot something like six for forty in two games and Gary ended up pulling the scholarship. He was not the player MD thought he was....over-hyped for top level D-1. Lock it in.
