Excellent effort. Sadly Bicycle Culture is not promoted in IRAN. Government & people showing no interest in Bicycle, which is cheapest & environmental friendly vehicle. Iranian Mayors ever build a Bicycle Road around city or made particular Lane in the streets that bicycles be able to have SAFE trips. With price of Oil so high & extreme toxic weather of big cities in Iran, Government must encourage people to use bicycles by providing cheap bikes to everyone & Free tax on all bikes Imports
this is great! I cycled across Iran in '98, this video brought back a lot of good memories. as an editor I can appreciate the production value and the edit... well done!
This is not the actual iran i think. Its shown as a village. People are from villages maybe. They're not similar to hundreds of iranian people i saw. But the nice point of the video is its pure nature.
no you are right. Its just showing in an exaggerated way the different people in Iran. As you point, the majority of Iranians live in big cities just like Europeans do. (but that wouldn't be fun to show. :o) the beautiful part of it is its showing people that are still living according old Iranian traditions. )
That's not true. The majority of Iranians still live in villages and have a traditional lifestyle. That is nothing to be ashamed about...to me the diversity of people, land, culture and etc are what makes this country so beautiful..not the horrible traffic and smog in the cities
hi i have heard a girl singing a song called masto masto in Scotland... which is very similar to the tune at 1:57 to 2:03 minutes. Could you please tell me the name of the song and where can i find it online.

ehsanf: I dont know where u get ur facts from. The link for country profile ive added, u will find that what u are saying is NOT true!
As u will find on the page of WHO that 66% are living in urban and that was for year 2003
That figure as for every country goes up for every year meaning that for year 2008 it OVER 66%
I do believe that there is something to be ashamed of IF there where NO progress in culture and everyday life
But as we see statistics show that there are progresses is reassuring

living in the urban is not a progress. it's a downfall. i live in the city and i now plan to move to a village. city people kill the earth.
