I'm looking forward to the new terminal, which I haven't had a chance to use yet. I'm from here, but having been based in DFW for a decade, coming back to my hometown on American has always been a depressing experience with that Smith terminal. Now I won't be as embarrassed hearing comments from my coworkers.
About the video, I'm disappointed in the number of dissolves used. How many seconds did they really save? It disrupts the flow, as you're trying to check out the design.
Air Canada AirTran Airways American Airlines Frontier Airlines Lufthansa (re-locates Spring 2009) Royal Jordanian Airlines (re-locates Spring 2009) Southwest Airlines Spirit Airlines United Airlines USA3000 Airlines US Airways
I don't think I'm going to miss the Smith terminal that much. Granted pre 9/11 there were a lot of memories there like seeing my grandparents at the gate, but it's severely outdated and since the building of McNamara has been decrepit. It'll be weird though - an entirely brand new airport by the end of the year.

Even if this video is about a virtual airport, it looks way better than the terribly shop-stuffed mind-blowing London Gatwick Airport.
