The only way to have these fast speeds is to directly connect to one of those "hosting servers" which offer their hardware to do the speed test... The highest speed people can have in their homes today is of max 25 MB/s without glass fibre cable!

The real test would be to test your connection on a remote server, see how much you get from a gigabit server within USA or Australia for example - you could easily be getting these speeds in a country where they have fiber optics (SONET) setup as one big network using different subnets which gives you these kind of speeds but only within your country
