I 'm not well informed about some others but I will tell you that my loved ones attained enormous accomplishment with DietOramy diet plan regime (google it, there are a lot data relating to it) - every one of us use it and our doctors are satisfied with the effects which emerged so easily.
i think the best thing is, instead of doing reps do interval training (30 secs work & 10 secs rest) of different ab excersises like push ups, planks, mountain climbers, leg lifts, bicycle crunches for about 15-20 minutes max
@YEAHYEAHYEP It's actually Soundtrack Pro - it comes with Final Cut Pro editing software. Most producers on YouTube use the same music, it's not really one person or the others, we all use the same program.
They have a stick like that at my gym and i have never known what it was for LOL! Great now have a new move to do at the gym. Sarah's face on the down is funny :) Dont worry sarah i make weird faces too.
I've used some of your other ab moves in my work outs (the love handle one with the kettlebell is my favorite!) and i will definately incorporate this into it! :) thanks for yet another amazing move!
