@DnTTrix08 i kno but once i did the flip it was set for the double leg takedown which i did soon as my feet touched the mat so ..it was a flip into a double leg as if it was all one move
first of all. nigga has done that move multiple times and its worked everytime. the reason it works is cuz no one expects him to backflip. he waits until theyre holding the bottom of the leg and lifting it with the top open. thats why the leg goes up and out.
now the move is illegal in NE prep, because its gotten so much publicity. im glad i graduated and wont be doing it any more.
yea, one problem.IF the guy that was doing the slow single was stronger and held on and he pulled his ankle the other direction right as the did the flip what would of happened. i ask because thats what i would of done.
