There was audio lag in the middle of the video. You can listen carefully and hear a clunk which happens before Brad attempts to open the door the last time. That clunk was supposed to sound while he was attempting to open the door.

Kind of, if you take in the whole scope of its message its kind of scary, but this is by far the creepiest part of the game. Mostly it transitions between a bright futuristic landscape and the more dark industrial slums all over the world.
