after a month i had this or so, everytime i would go to the screen where you would have to type in a few letters or numbers to confirm before you get the download link, the text box would come up for nearly half a second and would go away. after i would end up getting the confirmation done and get the download screen it would give me an error and it cant be downloaded any idea or reason why it might be doing so?
