True, though the time travel aspect really is only found in the movie and perhaps some golden age stories, which apply to a different superman. Either way this is a very interesting question that could cause a great amount of debate.

Super-Saiyan 1? Hard to say.
Super-Saiyan 2? Probly Goku
Super-Saiyan 3 or higher? Deffinitely Goku.
This is using the Superman of New Earth. Other Versions of Superman will require more thought.
