@DragonBladeX To be truthful theres no clear translation of the Sekiha-Tenkyouken but a ruff translation is ''Repulsion-Wave, Heavenly penetrating fist'' but if you want to find a better/cooler translation then dissect and translate each part of the attack dissected like this ''seki ha ten kyo ken'' to find the different meanings of each word in the attack name
