Yes It's Chris Johns all right. I didn't know what either man looked like, but after looking at the video closely, you can see John Lowe on the shirt of his opponent. Lowe Played Johns in the first round. Plus if you look closely, you'll see a leek on Chris's shirt. As Chris is Welsh and Kevin is English, it is obviously Chris Johns.

I am only 16 so i dont know much about the past of darts - is there anyone that was playing better than Phil Taylor? Taylor is truly number 1 now, what do u think would he be number 1 in all times or is it just now?

Taylor is truely in a league of his own now, no-one will ever be able surpass his abilities and achievements. As for the past, John Lowe (who won it in 1993) was true class back then, and then there was Eric Bristow who took darts to new heights in the 1980's. Other players like Jocky Wilson, Bob Anderson and even guys like Alan Warriner (1993 runner-up) and Cliff Lazarenko who never won a world title were amongst the best in the world.

well taylor was unable to hold down a proper job and he just played darts in wat happened to e brissy pub, brissy liked him and trained him up went through checkouts and all and gave him a couple of thousand to do the pro tour and eventually after abou two years taylor won his first world title and the rest is history its all in bristow's book if you could get a hold of it. Its really gud book ;)

Terrific Video. Brings back very happy memories watching Darts as a kid. The PDC has brought darts into the 21st Century. The crowds are back obviously not to the 1980s level. The BDO needs a bit of freshening up but the lakeside is still a fantastic venue. PDC lost something by moving to ally pally. Its not the same as the circus tavern.

Hopefully theyll be a unified world championship one day at the lakeside with the matchplay at the circus tavern!
