Fizzylemon1 he righted him their cause when you go fight the elite 4 the second time he thinks he'll win but doesn't ok and plus the battle before is at dragons den and you and him team up to beat lance and clair I only used mewtwo to beat them easy but mewtwos not easy to catch mewtwos level 70

i never knew he appeared at mt moon before i went there.

but he is easy at mt. Moon.

and he sucked when i faced lance and clair at dragon's den

OK im slightly confused and i'm wondering if anyone can clear me up on this one. i went to mt.moon and ran into my rival then i tracked him down to the dragons den and we faced off against Lance and claire and beat them both. So then i went back to new bark town and elm's assistant told me how my rival tried to return the stolen pokemon but elm let him keep it. so where exactly does the rival show up next because i went to the indigo plateau and he wasn't there =/ so now im at at a lost

Oh yeah btw, its a double battle, you and your rival vs lance and the 8th gym leader.

7th battle isn't the final battle. The last and final battle is behind the 8th gym in the dragon's den behind the temple where lance's grandfather(or father, not sure), not sure when you get battle him if you can't find him there, but i think after defeating the elite for... (or getting all 16 badges)

I look up cheats and then add them with the emulator's cheat function. I just need to find a cheat at least that would allow me to evolve when I level up especially for Rhydon and Magneton so I can make them Rhyperior and Magnezone but that wouldn't work so well.

If you manage to get the numbers from the Gym Leaders, do the rematches.

They might be a bit hard, but then agian, it's rewarding.

I've already gotten the 8 Johto Gym Leaders set for rematches. After that, I do the Kanto Gym Leaders in the order I faced them in the game. Afterwards, I do the Elite Four rematches and FINALLY... Red.

I would find it interesting if you could rematch the gym leaders and the Elite Four like how the game made you do so, aka going in the order you originally beat them.

That works but trying to get all the Gym Leaders numbers can be hard but I have a way around it. I have already gotten 7 of the 16 numbers.

You need to send it to Diamond, Pearl or Platinum first. Then, head inside Mt. Coronet and level up there. Magneton will become a Magnezone. As soon as I get my Supercard hopefully, I'm gonna make sure that Magneton and Rhydon evolve to Magnezone and Rhyperior respectfully.
