@phillytomcat thanks Tom, I do enjoy life, I just feel like I had a year of health problems that set me back , I am not as active, but soon I will get the weight off, it take time for me, and I do enjoy your videos, and following your journey, we are in this together, and we support each other , take care:)
Oh that was just a bump in the road, ya never left the road of weightloss mentally...and see you did not fully give up. Ya can do it Bonnie. :) How's that biotin going??? I love mine...my nails are so long....and my hair is back to like it was in my late 20's and early 30's. :) Your grandson is adorable....the look in his eyes were like hey grandma....you are so much fun to be around. @Rabbitfootie yeah, I know, its hard to believe, I was losing weight pretty good this time last year, but then I got sick with my joints and had to go back on med that make me gain, and I was never well enough to get off them, and here it is a year later, 30lbs heavier, but its a never ending journey for me...the biotin I take is now once a week, I could tell my eye lashes were thicker and longer, my hair is growing better too, my nails are so so ,,thanks so much!!
@1Sunrose a marine layer is like fog, mut misty, coming off the ocean coast, a thick layer, it usually happens in the early morning, but this night is was thick, and weird to walk through, my grandson had some colic medicine and his pacific he was sucking on, I took it out of his mouth, and the meds was all over his mouth, so funny, but he was happy, how are you doing, and your grandbaby?
