@Mjarf88, you never saw the tractors with 2 front wheels close together before? international farmalls, allis chalmbers, john deeres tractors has them,
Guess its easier than having to move that engine around on a wagon.
Funny how they fed the tractor through its belt drive then back to the transmission. Does the clutch then work or not? On many early tractors you'd just keep moving along until you bumped the PTO lever out. As the outer belt drum turns it would turn the transmission regardless.
It is an Oil City Boiler Works engine withan AC Thomas conversion oilfield engine from 1870 or 71. It is mounted on a WC Allis Chalmers tractor frame. It runs on propane. That is top speed.
That thing is cool, and sounds cool. But it kind of sounds like the old air compressor my grandfather has in his basement. Except his isn't nearly as big and it has no big tires on it. Hehehe.
Why are the front wheels so close together?

@SpiritsoftheWolf Well, i don't think they were common here in norway. I'm just curious about why they built them that way, doesn't seem too stable.
