It may not sounds right to you, but it sounds beautiful to me. John's arrangement are not exactly following the original chords and rhythm but he made it into this beautiful ballad. I have "Blackbird ver2" uploaded too and it may sounds right to you as I followed what Paul did.

Thank you. Ear can be trained by transcribing something off from recordings. I learned so many things by doing that for a long time. In my time there was no image at all. Just LP and cassette tapes.
