  • I sleep a total of 15hours a week, but my GPA has not changed. I apply myself more than I have when I've had a full nights sleep. My grades have also raised. I don't see how sleep deprivation changes anything in my routine.

  • im 14 and get about about six hours sleep on school nights

  • Sleep is really important!.. I know I'm kinda bad at this too, but honestly. I take melation because I don't get into a deeper sleep. But like she said do rexalation, and stay away from the computers before going to bed at night, cause your brain is so stimulated!
