It's easy to guess what will happen next and I'm aware all the time that i'm watching just a movie. I watch them without tension... but this was too disturbing, not scary but really disturbing. I mean.. Floating fetus? Disfigured face? Siamese twin sister aka Hand-head? Needles under the nails???I can feel them under MY nails watching that scene. It has like two jump scenes in this. And the only horror part of this film was the torture scene. Like in his other film Audition, the only part that fit the horror genre was the torture scene again. Ichi the Killer has a bunch of torture scenes, but not as psychological as the one in this movie. The Audition torture scene was like half as gruesome as the Imprint torture scene.

Yes its worth it, if you like Miikes films then you will like this too. And also if youre just looking for a good horror film. I really loved it, some people dont like the part towards the ending, but its so typical for Miike.
