admittedly i thought the same thing... until i check the specs, apple is soo sly. They are actually charging more for the very same computer here. If you compare the price for the exact same computer... the only difference is a $100 increase in price and a few new key pad features. The enclosure even looks exactly the same. Check it out... its quite amusing. This comp: 17" Hi Res, 2.6ghz, the 7200rpm HD, and apple care plan. My Retail Price=3,330 Now=3,448 Smart business...pay more for nothing

I have final cut express on my imac 24 inch 2.8 GHz intel core two duo and i love it but i was just wondering what is compressor for i love apple i use to be a pc user before and pc arent good mac are better and the beutiful part yeah i love it for editing my mac is awesome my rendering speeds are so fast

just havent bought any yet... not a big AE user yet tho, but im sure the notebook can handle the load, no problem.
