16 amps must be putting out a hell of allot of heat to your terminals and wires. Do they get hot? What would happen if you ran this for an hour straight? Have you tested it for longer periods? (Part 1)

This cell is now running on 14 amps and the amount of heat is about 112 deg.

i have a silly question. im having problems cutting my stainless steel plates. what do you use to cut the notches in? thanks.

I use a band saw... my plates are .028 if yours are thicker change..

You can get them at plumbing supply (hardwarre store) or on line. At this point I am making my own spacers ... that is going to end soon...John AArons

In the automobile application you can use bronze wool as a flash back preventive and illiminate the back pressure of the water colum of a bubbler.

There is no reason that the cell can't run at a much less amp.. and I will do that after I intal it ... there will be plenty of time for that.. I hope this video will help show you that it will perform better with just a few adjustments..
