Man you have some sick nasty breaks on that. I get made fun of for bowling with 2 fingers, but i beat the crap outta every 3 finger fag in my league and have the highest average in my district. Keep it up!
Apparantly in order to be a good bowler, you have to use three fingers and have a normal approach with a normal release. lol I've been bowling with only 2 fingers since I was 13 and I'm 18 now and I'm doing just fine
I'm a pretty amateur 2-finger bowler. I've been bowling maybe for about 2 years off and on. Best game has been 279 but my consistency and spare pickup is awful. Need tips bad.
Nice video man its gets annoying when people hate on 2 finger bowlers i have a 193 avg and im a sophomore in high school and i only bowl with 2 fingers.
Jason Belmonte has two fingers in the ball, Durrrr. Just uses the other hand to stabilize the ball and able to put more speed an rev on the ball, guy thinks Belmonte turns the ball with just his hands rofl.
I started bowling with 2 fingers as well. Don't worry about what people say bowl however you feel comfortable. If you can have a consistent release the most important thing would be to look at your mark. Also I would recommend bowling with only one hand and practice spares with your dominant hand in league play you can't (or you're not suppose to) switch between hands you must establish an average with only one hand. Good Luck and remember to stick to what's comfortable.
The correct words for someone hating on a two finger bowler, must suck using his thumb an got beat by a two finger bowler an now ur just bein a hater. :)
@xbreakxitxdownx Jason Belmonte is actually a 2-handed bowler, 2 handed bowling isn't even something that can be taught but comes naturally to only some bowlers. So he has a natural talent but a no thumb technique should only be used when trying to develop a real technique with your thumb and should only be used when either learning or if you just bowl every now and then for fun.
@donutsprinkles99 I actually disagree with you on that. Two handed bowling can be taught, there is a league in Brazil, and the coach converted all his players to a two handed method.
But it may be harder for some that others, and I do agree that two handed comes naturally to some people.
I for bowl about once a week, never taken lessons, and two handed bowling is the most natural technique for me. I can do one hand, but it isn't as accurate, powerful, or with as many revs as with two hands.
@Oaerkae I totally agree with this i recently switched to two handed bowling and quite frankly it feels so much more natural. my problem is that with conventional 1 handed styles i can get so much power that the ball never bites.
After switching to two handed i realized it gives unbelievable amounts of revs an i pretty much went from a bowler throwing straight down the middle to pretty much using the whole lane over night. The only problem is my throw looks goofy cause of a natural backup throw
uhhh my ball is the quietest on my team and i throw a 2 finger i also throw a 2 hander... my secret is staying low on the ground and i push off with my palm a little rather then the full rotation because my ball would gutter to gutter on the right lane(machine)
Im a two finger bowler as well I have a 152 average and climbing best game I believe was a 233 last year

Can you do a backup ball? I can't when bowling with my thumb, it hurts my wrist and fingers badly.

I was told that a 16mph bowl is just perfect to hook a ball, I mean it always depends on the bowler and their technique at it though (:

One of my friends uses two fingers, and he can lay it down pretty well without much noise.
