They are punches from Stampin' Up. You can also cut those out with your Cricut - there are various (Mini Monograms, for example) that have circles and scallop circles on them. Thanks!
Oh it's one of my favourites!! Treat boxes would be perfect...I used the tree one last year (I could post a photo on my blog if you'd like) - and filled them with m&ms, they were a big hit!!
