not doubting the existence of archetypes but to lay out a set and tell people to pick theirs is akin to astrology; it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy...best to not define the hole you think you might fit in today because you want to allow yourself to keep growing....we're all still children in the big picture anyway.

Archetypes can also be used for self-transformation. Holding the image of a particular archetypal image can be used to transform the personality.
However, this being said... I dont think this video really talks about Jung's ideas..
