Here's the English translations. The boss's name is Konk. The fish that they are trying to woo is Ruby. The clam that helps Stafy/Starfy is Moe.

Here's a small Japanese lesson:

ボ means "bo".

ン means "n".

The dash means an extension of a vowel. For example, "Mahjong", with a long "a" would be spelled like this:

マージャン

So, ボンボーボ would translate to "bonboon". Get it?

English works different from japanese, it's technaclly bonbo-n. (with a slight o extension, the entire pronouciation doesn't change.)
