Cancer is present within one's body at birth, if cell mutation is to occur it is pre detirmined and the only affect outside forces have ( carcinogens , lack of exercise or sleep, poor lifestyle ) on the cancer equate to when and where a mutation is to present itself. once initial malignancy surfaces ( the cancer you had since birth ), it will either stay local or metastatize depending on the mutation subgroup. Benign or not, nearly everyone on earth will develop some form of cancer through life.

@szmako buddy, these people are still vulnerable to a heart attack or cancer. In fact they are more vulnerable because if something does occur, all they can do is turn to natural medicine and chant prayers.

The way they live(eating habits) prevents them from diseases we usually get in a civilzed society. These people eat what our genome is adapted for(eating meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts but not grains, milk, potatoe etc.)! The occurance of cancer, high bloodpressure etc. are rare among them!

@szmako Cancer has genetic roots, it affects all mammalian life. These men just don't have doctors to tell them there are malignancies growing within their bodies. The most notable thing is that people with terminal cancer who undergo chemotherapy or radiation, or a combnation of both, also see up to 70%+ mortality rates within 5 years. The treatment western science and healthcare provides is as detrimental to a person as living with cancer can be. The key is where, and what stage is the cancer.

@szmako - If you eat correctly + exorcise we're far healthier now than ever in history. I agree a lot of us choose to lead unhealthy lifestyles but that is by choice. But if these people get so much as cut finger it can lead to infection and death. I had a ruptured appendix as a child, at any other time in history I would be dead but I am healthy alive and have a family. There is no doubt that on the whole we live longer healthier lives. I would prefer for modern life to be different though.

LOL, yeah... There is a Travel Channel series from a few years ago called "Mark and Olly" where those 2 guys live with his very same tribe, even some of the same tribe members are on OTHER documentaries also, the "Mark and Olly" series was about 10 - 12 episodes long, these people are VERY used to cameras and outsiders, they played several jokes on the 2 guys from the other documentary series ! LOL :)
