you can gather a thousand of excuses if you want to, but almost 70% of the notes used in Aao Milo Chale are similar with this song. Unless something wrong with your ear or your brain, you can't call it coincidence. It is crystal clear that Aao Milo Chale is a rip-off of this Peterpan's song.

you haven't heard their best songs yet. Check Bintang di Surga, Mungkin Nanti, Ku Katakan dengan Indah and Menunggumu. Those are some of their best songs in my opinion, but other Peterpan fans might have different preference.

Actually for us (Peterpan's fans), we don't ask much but acknowledgement from Pritam that he copied (not inspired, it's two different words) the songs from Peterpan's songs. That would be enough for us (I don't know whether it's enough for Peterpan, lols).
BTW, this is not Peterpan's best song. They have better songs than this one. Check them out and you'll be their fan.
Wow, too much drama and tense between Indos and Hindis people! I love PeterPan, I think they are the most talented band in the world. they not just sing but they also write their own song (which are not many artist do)!!
Most of Indonesian bands (Dewa, Slank, Gigi, Padi, Nidji, Sheila on 7, Ungu, Samson, Letto) write their own songs, and that what makes them have their own unique music, although all of them are in the same category of pop-rock or pop-alternative bands. I hardly know any Indonesian big band who doesn't write their own songs.

well, I accidentally bumped into a website by an Indian who got tired of the copycat attitude of certain music directors/composers in India. So I checked out the songs he mentioned. So, it's true that Pritam copied two Peterpan's song : Tak Bisakah into Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai and Di Belakangku became Aao Milo Chale.
I'm not mad at Indians though, only at Pritam. In fact, to some extent I'm proud that people from other countries also like our music.
It's abt a guy who was so disappointed to find out that his girlfriend has cheated on him. The girl acts nice and sweet in front of him, but acts differently behind his back. "Di Belakangku" means "Behind my back".
I am not going to spin all that crap about being ashamed to be indian and all because I am not! but i am ashamed that pritam copied off of these people they deserve the credit not him!

you can gather a thousand of excuses if you want to, but almost 70% of the notes used in Aao Milo Chale are similar with this song. Unless something wrong with your ear or your brain, you can't call it coincidence. It is crystal clear that Aao Milo Chale is a rip-off of this Peterpan's song.
BTW, using different instrument as an excuse ? wow you're lame man. Ok, I give you an analogy: If I play Rihanna's "Umbrella" with some Indonesian traditional instrument, it's still Rihanna's song.

Firstly, I'm an Indian. Second, I'm a musician myself. Third, the Indian song is copied from this one, so stop making excuses.
and no. Not 1 in 1 million songs will sound the same unless they are copied. For example, if you say "out of billions of planets in the universe, two WILL look the same." not exactly the same, unless you copied the two.
Give credits to the original workers. Thanks to all the Indonesians for not being so harsh on here.

For the proof. Pritam has stolen another song from this same exact band. "Tak Bisakah" I don't think that would have been, "Out of a trillion songs, two WILL sound the same." Neither do I have to name the song in hindi, cuz you can easily see the plagiarism going on in the hindi song. Now don't say, "the singers in the two songs are different."

you haven't heard their best songs yet. Check Bintang di Surga, Mungkin Nanti, Ku Katakan dengan Indah and Menunggumu. Those are some of their best songs in my opinion, but other Peterpan fans might have different preference.
I think you can buy some of their songs in iTunes.

Actually for us (Peterpan's fans), we don't ask much but acknowledgement from Pritam that he copied (not inspired, it's two different words) the songs from Peterpan's songs. That would be enough for us (I don't know whether it's enough for Peterpan, lols).
BTW, this is not Peterpan's best song. They have better songs than this one. Check them out and you'll be their fan.

Most of Indonesian bands (Dewa, Slank, Gigi, Padi, Nidji, Sheila on 7, Ungu, Samson, Letto) write their own songs, and that what makes them have their own unique music, although all of them are in the same category of pop-rock or pop-alternative bands. I hardly know any Indonesian big band who doesn't write their own songs.

strange irony brought be to becoming a fan of peterpan. xD it all started with me liking the song Aao Milo Chalo from Jab We Met and then finding out how Pritam copied it from a band called peterpan. So I checked out the original song and loved it and started listening to their other songs and loved it. So basically I hate Pritam for copywiting songs yet I'm thankful that his idiocity&plagiarism brought me to enjoy works of international artists that he's copied. Pritam is still an ass though

well, I accidentally bumped into a website by an Indian who got tired of the copycat attitude of certain music directors/composers in India. So I checked out the songs he mentioned. So, it's true that Pritam copied two Peterpan's song : Tak Bisakah into Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai and Di Belakangku became Aao Milo Chale.
I'm not mad at Indians though, only at Pritam. In fact, to some extent I'm proud that people from other countries also like our music.
