Yeah, this is that spot. After you blow up the shuttle, the door to the cargo bay behind it is blown up and cleared. SHODAN will command you to stop going that way and you can find a very good log by Delacroix. SHODAN will also punish you accordingly.

@MrIcePho3nix It's not necessarily a bomb, like SHODAN said it creates frequency that matches that of the shuttles and instead of bouncing off it, it passes through it destroying the shuttle.
