cool vid i am a green belt and that is the pattern i am learning well i dont have 2 learn it anymore because i have known it since i was a yellow tag i know the red belt pattern too that is really easy.
These videos and some by Trushotvedt are excellent. I was taught by 8th degree kwang jang nim, who is now 9th and sits on olympic committee. I am 1st degree appointed kyo sar nim, everyone gets a black belt and thinks they can teach. You have to taught how to teach. These videos show good technique and power with them, I say this as a 10 year old 2nd degree shows breaking soft pine with poor form and the forms look like fast ballet without power. It reflects on teacher. These are excellent.
This is the closest video I've seen to the way we do it in my school. This guy has good balance on the kicks, and good snapping motions. Looks like it will be a fun pattern to learn!

For some reason this pattern looks much better using the non-sinewave method. The sinewave seems better for the first three tuls but that's just me.

Just started learning this one tonight. I can get through the whole thing, but it's still sloppy. It'll get better. These videos really help.
