Try to rotate your arm when you collapse, that way it will look more like a windmill and less like a back flop.

Use your hands more and try go into a backspin from that position, then you will learn the circle motion better

dude you need to collapse.
try staying in handglide posistion. the kick your right foot out and the swing your left leg.
