Actually, no. Well, 'they' are, but concerning fanfilms, Lucasfilms Ltd. is conveniently looking the other way. They seem to think that imitation is the greatest form of acknowledgement, which I agree with and is a pretty good attitude to keep the fandom happy and running. They actually honor good fanfilms once in a while, so they are quite aware of what's going on, but they are obviously okay with it.

Just discovered you trailer and WOW!! I hope you guys do finish this film. I have seen many awesome fan trailers for movies that are never completed.
