  • Kermit and Thing from The Addams Family

  • eww its wiggley

  • A hand can also give a high five.

  • starting at 1:30 that hand is basically raping him! :D

  • "Now let me tell you a secret... You have a hand TOO" lmao!!!

  • it can also gives hand jobs

  • @LutMejiaJ hands can also give massages

  • I counted my fingers with Kermit on my own hand...not to mention that I'm 22 years old.

  • Hands can touch anything but Themselves...... wait..

  • fuck I'm high

  • omfg u can count come on choke him come on u can do it hands can also finger bang

  • That's a hand-tastic video!

  • Thats a big hand

    Thats what she said

  • HOLY CRAP!!! I have a hand!!!

  • Kermit The Frog and Thing from The Addams Family

  • Lol I liked the part

    Don't gab on to me

    Lol

  • I always loved to act this out with my Kermit puppet & my free hand, especially when the hand yanks Kermit offscreen at the end.

  • What a great old clip...I don't even know if I remember it...but love that you found it thanks... :)

  • Gauranteed that's franks hand

  • wait...frogs don't have teeth!

  • @bunnie444

Kermit could use the teeth that Grover shoved in his mouth, when he tried selling him a toothbrush?!

  • @bunnie444 Yes, they do. It's toads that don't.

  • That hand gave him a titty tickle there.

  • DId Kermit have rabies when he bit the hand?

  • I'll bet it was Frank Oz's hand. It looks so much like the Swedish Chef hands, which were his.

  • oooooh youre cool! you can figure out whose hand that is! homo

  • when Kermit was counting the fingers i totally thought he was going to do the Count laugh afterwards, probably should have :-)

  • How can a hand literally drag Kermit the frog like that?

  • At first I thought it was Jim Henson's but no, he needed both to operate the puppets. So then I guessed it was Frank Oz's.

  • What a great hand! Kermit, of course, is always great!

  • obviously a muppeteer being the hand- just by the actions and animation put into it

  • i swear i thought i heard him say "How bout we make out"

  • Do you think you could upload the sketch that features Kermit's Feet Lecture?

  • again you are so right!

  • ahahahaha

  • Is that Jim's hand? If it is we all know where the other hand is don't we?

  • Don't think so, that would mean it's his right hand he's holding up and his left would be controlling Kermit. Bit uncomfortable. I'd say it was Robin Williams' hand because it's so damn hairy!

  • Well that would depend on how old this sketch is. If it is from the 70's it is not Robin Wiliams. If it is from the 80's to 90's then it would be Robin Williams. I agree that it is very hairy so it could be Robin's hand.

  • where?

  • @zacandtaylorrule I think it's Frank Oz's hand, he also provided the feet in another lecture, had this been made in 1987 the hand of course would've been my favorite Muppeteer Rick Lyon (Rick's hand probably looks the same as Frank's)

  • @zacandtaylorrule All the hand needs is some googly eyes and presto...Oobi!

  • BTW, does anyone have the sketch where Kermit talks about feet?

  • Who does then?

  • YOU ARE SO RIGHT!

  • Does this mean you have it?

  • I always get cracked up with the part where Kermit tells the hand "Stop fighting or I'll bite you". How about you guys?

  • @finnishminnow

I thought that that line was amusing too!

  • That's great!

  • @finnishminnow

I think that, almost everything about the way that "Sesame Street" once was was great!

  • Yeah, me too!

  • why does he have two layers of that little spirally thing around his neck i this one?

  • Kermit had a double collar in his early years, I'm not sure exactly when it was simplified to one.

  • *bleh* Don't hold me hand!

  • Handtastic!!!

  • this is offensive to people without hands

  • Ah ha ha ha ha!

  • Kermit certainly did a great job of explaining about hands, don't you think?

  • He forgot to include a High Five, oh well..

  • That's all right, even though sketches don't have to feature everything due to its main topic.

  • Does anyone have the episode where Kermit talks about feet?

  • VERY funny

  • Quite a debate going on about who's hand that is. Personally, I think it's Frank Oz's hand, because I remember reading somewhere when Jim was doing The Swedish Chef on the Muppet Show, Frank Oz (being the chef's hands) would throw the utensils across the room just to see Jim's reaction. Just my two cents there. But I love this sketch!

  • I Love this one

  • You can tell that's a Right Hand.

  • ah, so this is the Original Clip, some one took this Clip and re-dubbed over it with his own Talents making it more Obscene, I was wondering what Kermit really said in this, hmm, now I know.

  • Hi-ho! Kermit dee frog here!

  • I think it's Jerry Nelson's hand. Jerry was also the feet in the accompanying "Kermit talks about feet" sketch, which I can't believe no one has ever posted here.

  • yeah,i can't believe i can't find that 1 either,phooey!!wish they would post it.,darn.

  • I remember this!!! lol

  • xD omg i remember this...i wanna cry i miss this show

  • hahhahahahha Don't hold me hand! I'll fight choo! *starts to bite hand* rofl

  • Is that "Thing" from the Adams Family?

  • "Stop fighting, hand, or I'll BITE you."???

Wait a minute! Frogs don't have teeth.

  • Yeah! That occurred to me! Wasn't Grover trying to sell Kermit a toothbrush a few years later & Kermit had to tell Grover he didn't have any teeth.?

  • @patrickballoonman - He has odontophores.

  • @patrickballoonman

Kermit have teeth! Grover sells him xD

  • On the contrary, yes, they do. But they're very tiny.

  • @patrickballoonman You don't need teeth to bite. You just have to be able to open & close your mouth. By the way real frogs do have teeth but toads don't.

  • Well wait, correct me if I'm wrong, but that's a right hand we're looking like. From pictures I've seen, Jim seemed to puppteer with his right hand. So it's likely not him.

I'm still betting on Richard Hunt. But we'll probably never know, lol.

  • no that is a left hand.

  • sorry i ment right hand.

  • LOOOOOOOOOOOOOL

now that i'm 16 i'm more excited about this than i was 10 years ago xD

  • Stop fighting, hand, or I'll bite you!

    ROFL!!!!!

  • I thought that part was funny too!!! LOL!!

  • Comment removed

  • Me too.

  • I was hoping it would choke the frog 'dont point at me, don't hold me"

  • I don't think the hand would ever try to choke Kermit.

  • Anyone here remember the feet segment?

  • I remember it, but I haven't seen it yet.

  • That must be Frank Oz or Jim Henson's hand; it completely moves like a muppet. "A hand can shake hands"; something doesn't sound right about that. Gotta love the very last second.

  • I like when Steve preforms Kermit cause his Kermit is high-pitched while Jim's was low-pitched

  • t looks more like the hand is strangling Kermit

  • This has opened up a floodgate of memories! Would you (or anyone else) have "There Once Was a Hand" and its spin-offs? What about "OK, we're gonna build a train"?

  • man I remember this skit. Also do you happen to have the one when kermit talks about feet?

  • "Well don't point at me ,hand. That's rude!" XD. I love this one. My favorite part has to be when the hand is strangling Kermit!

  • The part about "Don't point at me,hand! That's rude!" cracked me up too!The hand then made a gesture like "Well excuse ME!"

  • Those parts crack me up as well, miss.

  • Or it could be Frank Oz's.

  • I think it's Jim henson using the kermit puppet on one hand and the hand next to him could be Jim's hand showing an example.

  • It could be Richard Hunt, the hand does do that "head tilt" movement that Richard would often do (as opposed to the other performers).

One example of this is during the Muppet Show theme song. Statler does it just after Waldorf says "Why do we always come here?" There are several other examples. Lol, it shows weird but believe me a few fans have noticed.

  • lol, the hand's got its own personality

  • Oh Memories! Do you have the one where Kermit talks about feet?

  • If I had to guess, I would say that hand is Frank Oz's hand because him and Henson always worked together with the Muppets
