The only way to get Sitrep Pro is to not prestige, because all the perk challenges reset with prestige. So you can see how it would be impossible to get the 150 in the time spent between prestiges if you did intend to prestige again.

Completely agree on SitRep Pro - it's 120 btw - and I got 113 before I got my friends to lay down Tactical Insertions. I used it every game from 37 to 64. Evil perk, and the pro version doesn't work!
