It probably finished the Sargent, and went back into the jungle to stalk some more, since even Nids are smarter than taking on something they can't. A Carnifex probably wasn't too far behind anyway, since they were swarming above. Mycetic Spores are nasty business.

As funny as it is, the Dreadnought isn't going to tear apart the world itself to find one Lictor. (excluding the Deathleaper. *shudder*) Realistically, yes, the Dreadnought would demolish the Lictor, but only if it could catch it.

I have to say that DoW 2 was the most disappointing release for me ever. DoW 1 was so good, and competed with SC1. It took a turn towards a more fan-based appeal rather than to an overall genre-appeal, and thus failed miserably.

Such a shame too, considering they had tyranids in this one.

I don't know how can i see a game without the classic vilains AKA Chaos.

But i think that DoW had many flaws in Chaos legions,e.g.hearing the Death Guard marines saying "Blood for the Blood god" pissed me of since Death guard is a Nurgle Chaos Marine legion,and i believe that they are reworking them to fill flaws of Chaos forces.

DoW's 'different' legions or chapters were largely for visual purposes only. The default Chaos Marine legion was one that worshipped Chaos Undivided. Likewise, all loyal Space Marine chapters had the Librarian available, despite certain chapters disliking them or avoiding their use entirely.

I would bet that the first expansion will be a chaos one. Let's hope it'll be large and will include all different chaos factions. Origional dawn of war chaos was way too small. And it concetraited aroud Khorne the most while Nurgle and Slaneesh were non-existant. I think they would more likely sneak in two armies in the game [ex imperal guard and some kind of chaos army] than to create complete chaos armies. We can only hope, I guess.

Yes, very true. However having 5 chaos armies would be cooler but it probably won't happen. Wouldn't you like to use all demons that, let's say, Nurgle has? That can never happen in a chaos undivided army since it's a packed army. Oh well, everyone has their preferences. I am not overly excited about it since I am an Ork player, but I bet there's toons of chaos fans out there.

There are four confirmed armies: Space Marines (Blood Ravens), Eldar, Orks and Tyranids.

No mention of Chaos or the Imperial Guard yet. Though I'm guessing they're planning on introducing the other races in later expansion packs, like with the original DOW.

The new campaign is going to be awesome though. You get to play as the nameless Commander who appears in this trailer, in addition to several other squad leader units; your men gain experience as you progress and there's no base building.

i wonder if one space marine could kill that bug suker...
