I am a victim and my three kids, all I can say I do recommend to work with Washington with the Department of Children Center for international abduction and Hague, if the country where the children are taken have signed the treaty with US then it will work otherwise won't.

@ForeverSearchingKids The fact is that an abusive narcassist often accuses the other parent of the very things he/she does..... & they are VERY good at convincing the courts of this as well... my girlfriend once told a teacher about her abuse and her mother was threatened by the courts to stop putting her daughter up to making accusations! She was young at the time I think 12 yrs. old & she learned to stay quiet & ENDURE!

Well I guess you all told me. The thing is that yes I would take a child to get them away from abuse. I've SEEN abuse & what it did to not 1 but 2 of y friends. 1 girl was sexually abused and Daddy got to HAVE her every other wknd & 2 wks every summer & BOY did he LOVE summer! & if she did not go he'd drag her mother *back into court*. The "ultimate punishment for a parent is *knowing they are sending their child for a wknd of abuse*. Narcassists always look like the victim.

abuse has a huge impact on children as well & just because the parent has full custody doesn't mean they're not the one abusing. Narcassists are very good at making their victims look like the abuser. Here in the US the family courts are often failing the kids.... I wouldn't want  be responsible for sending a kid back to a monster.

@MomakaBabe: You sound exactly like a parent who has/would abduct a child away from the other parent! Are you posting here, trying to justify your actions. This is not a gender issue Moma: This is a Human Rights & Children's Rights Issue. Abducted children have no rights. As for the mother & g.parents of our 3 precious sons (Keoni Lance & Mason): Their mother IS a Narcissist, & a child abuser...The Family Courts/San Diego Police Department/S.D. FBI/City Tree Christian School all know this.

yes but some times in cases of abuse a child is taken out of love & to protect them. The courts are way to giving to parents who abuse & this is just a fact. I can see a parent knowing a kid is going on a visitation only to be abused while there taking off so they can stop the abuse. I think it happens a lot more than we realize.

@MomakaBabe Totally, that happens as well, no doubt. However, can we point out that in all our cases, most of which have video's on our channel, the abducting parent is generally the one suspected of not being sound to the child's well being. They generally are the non-custodial parent who has had restricted access to the child because of issues, illnesses, criminal activities, etc.

@MomakaBabe Regardless of this though, we have to consider the impact on a child being taken away from their home, extended family, friends, school, etc to be taken to a life underground and on the run. Their is extensive research on the effect on children caught up in this, not comfortable reading.

@MomakaBabe That is true. However, taking the kid away from the abusive child isn't the answer. Even if it's out of love or just trying to protect the child, the parent still cannot kidnap him, especially if he doesn't have custody. If you don't have custody and you take the child, it's still kidnapping even if it's your biological child. Sometimes I think some parents will say the other parent is abusive when that's not so.

@MomakaBabe That is happening with Liam McCarty. His mom accuses his father of abusing him and police and court found no evidence of abuse and only evidences of the special bond between Liam and his father. The state also declared the mother "unfit" with mental and personality disorders and the child was abducted by this mother.

Thank you to Forever Searching, for making this powerful video, and for not letting this issue, and this type of abuse against innocent, victimized children be ignored any longer. The criminal, foreign Governments of the world, must be held accountable, and punished, for giving sanctuary to the abusive parents of the world, who feel that it is their right to steal a child/children and keep them from enjoying the love, & protection of the other parent. Parental abduction is never about what's in the child's best interests. It's always about power and misguided revenge. The child and the left behind parent are the ones who suffer. Parental child abduction is a form of child abuse and should be taken just as seriously as stranger abductions. Many children end up being physically abused or killed by the abducting parent, so parental abductions are just as dangerous as stranger abductions. I hope these boys are found safe & soon!

Thank you for making this video about issues of Parental Abductions and including my son's Alexander Watkins & Christopher Watkins. I hear people say "At lease they are with their mother" which is so wrong to believe. If a parent abducts their child, taking them away from everything they know, their home, family, friends, school and the things that comfort them is a cruel and abusive thing to do. Child Abduction is a serious form of child abuse and a Criminal Offense in most countries.

Thank you so much for including Alexander and Christopher Watkins in this Video. It has almost been a year and not a day goes by that we don't think of them and miss them. Everyday we fight to get the word out about the boys and we will never stop until we can find them and bring them home. Good video! I agree that just because children are with a parent, that doesn't mean they are safe! and it isn't out of love- it is out of hate of the other parent. That isn;t healthy for children. To have to hide, change their name, listen to lies about their other family.

@cinnamoncandy674 Yep, it's generally out of spite and hate. It's the ultimate revenge you can reap on someone, deprive them of your child. Unfortunately, most people who do this, are so consumed they don't also reason that it's the ultimate act of unlove to a child who doesn't understand what's going on.
