This actually looks half-decent. Will give it a go. At least this looks and feels like an Indian movie unlike 90% of what Bollywood spits out these days. 1. At least this looks and feels like an Indian movie unlike 90% of what Bollywood spits out these days.

Looked like a father of three children...

Telugu movie was fresh with New and YOUNG actors...

They didn't bring aunties and uncles like in the Tamil version...

And Tamil climax SUCKED... Big Time...

Saddistic ending... Tamilians call it's realistic ending...

I think tamil version is best among all.... simbu was so amazing in vinnaithadi varuvaya. In telugu Nagachaithanya was not upto the mark and they did a grave mistake by rewriting the climax.. loved the climax of tamil version.

I have watched this movie in bot TAMIL and TELUGU.

In Tamil version both hero and heroine looked like uncle and aunt. They did not suit the roles.

In Telugu version both hero and heroine are looking fresh, cute and young.

Overall I loved the Telugu version.

If u watch this movie in telugu version u guys cannot watch it any other language Its damn good.

I have watched both versions as well but both the characters required a level of maturity and the "uncle and aunty" provide it which Naga and Samartha couldn. On that note, ppl, this is for those not familiar with VTV, YMC, or any chinese korean film. You have your respective versions to watch, watch them. No one else in Hindi would've suited their roles. Ranbir is too matured (he's done this in Wake Up Sid already), Imran is comedic, all heroines are plastic and too old.

And the heroine is malayali syrian christian, so this would be suitable for Amy. I'm glad they remade Aromale in Hindi. Saathiya team goofed up by bringing "Mangalyam" verses from Alaipayuthey? Hindi Robot didn't dub over "Arima Arima" which left people scratching their heads. Glad the team decided on bringing Aromale in Hindi (which should've been done in Tamil-Telugu as well!) It's refreshing to hear all the songs in Hindi.

When Gautham Menon is there, there's no worries at all.

VTV only worked due to Gautham's direction, acting (mostly Chinmayi's dubbing brilliance) and the songs by ARR. Simbu was great but he still has that annoying body language that's irritating throughout the original. Purists tend to not consider these factors.

Trisha would've spoilt the film with her tanglish dialect (she's born in TN, yet can't speak tamil fluently.) Telugu ppl said the same for Naga Chaitanya and Sam as Junior artists with body language problems. I like Prateik so let's see.

Songs are what made VTV and YMC magical...just started listening to the songs and feel they have been changed way too much with the awkward lyrics and some wrong singers. Prateik seems just about right for the role. Amy jackson looks a good choice but she should be able to act well to make the role her own.
